Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RazorForge ("we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile applications published on Google Play under the developer name RazorForge (the "Apps") and this website.
1. Who we are (data controller)
RazorForge is a trade name of Individual Entrepreneur Boiko Borys Oleksandrovych (FOP Boiko Borys Oleksandrovych), registered in Dnipro, Ukraine. Contact: fop.boiko.borys@gmail.com
2. Our general approach
We design our Apps to work with as little personal data as possible. Unless an App-specific section below says otherwise, the data you enter and the settings you configure are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.
3. Information we may process
• Device connection data. Some Apps connect to your own hardware (for example, controllers) via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or a local network. Device identifiers and settings needed for that connection are processed on your device only.
• Purchases and subscriptions. All payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Google provides us with limited transaction information (such as an order ID, product purchased, purchase status and country) so that we can provide paid features and handle support requests.
• Support communications. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message, and use them only to respond to you.
• Crash and diagnostic data. If a specific App uses a crash-reporting or analytics service, this is stated in that App's section below and in its Google Play "Data safety" section.
• Visits to this website. To count visits, razorforge.web.app uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not identify you by your IP address, does not track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you; we see only totals such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types. Cloudflare’s privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
4. Permissions
Our Apps request only the permissions needed for their features (for example, Bluetooth or nearby-devices access to connect to your hardware, or notifications). You can withdraw permissions at any time in your device settings; some features may then stop working.
5. Why we process data (legal bases)
• To provide the App and its paid features (performance of a contract);
• To respond to your requests (our legitimate interest / your request);
• To comply with legal obligations such as accounting and tax rules (legal obligation).
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
• Google (Google Play, payment processing), under Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Service providers listed in an App-specific section, where applicable;
• Authorities, if required by law.
7. Retention
Data stored on your device remains there until you delete it or uninstall the App. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Transaction records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting laws.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU/EEA GDPR and the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection"), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us at fop.boiko.borys@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Data deletion
See our Account & Data Deletion page: Account & Data Deletion
10. Children
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. International transfers
Where data is processed by Google or other providers outside your country, this is done under appropriate safeguards provided by those companies.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date above.
13. App-specific information
Razor TV (Android TV launcher, package app.razortv) — added October 12, 2026
Razor TV has no account and no ads, and does not use analytics or crash-reporting services.
• Stored on your device only: the list of installed apps, your dock, folders, hidden apps, remote buttons, the parental PIN (as a hash only), settings and launch statistics, the TV channels and programs that other apps publish, and, if you allow it, the video folders of media players.
• Weather: when the weather is on, the device requests the forecast from MET Norway (api.met.no) for approximate coordinates. If you have not chosen a city, the approximate location (city level) is determined from your IP address by GeoJS (get.geojs.io), and place names come from OpenStreetMap Nominatim. These services receive your IP address and approximate coordinates as part of the request; we do not store them. You can turn the weather off or choose a city in the settings.
• Pictures of programs are loaded directly from the addresses provided by the apps that publish them.
• "Set up from the phone" runs a small page on the TV that is available only on your home network behind a random one-time address and switches off after 10 minutes without use.
• Restart, shutdown, stopping background apps and setting the screensaver use the device's own debugging connection (127.0.0.1) and work only after you allow them on the screen; no data leaves the device.
• Voice search: when you press the microphone in the search, the microphone is used only while you speak (at most 7 seconds). The sound goes to your device's speech recognition service (on Android TV usually Google), which returns the recognized words; Razor TV itself does not record, store or send the sound. Recent search queries are stored on your device only.
• Search in your apps: the text of a search is passed on your device to the apps you have installed that take part in system search (for example, video apps); they answer with their results under their own privacy policies. With "Search in …" the query is opened in the app you choose.
• Update check: about twice a day the launcher downloads a small file from razorforge.web.app with the number and description of the latest version. Our hosting receives your IP address as part of the request; nothing about you is sent.
• From PC (PC2TV): when receiving is on, Razor TV finds the PC2TV program on computers in your home network and connects to it directly, inside that network only. The computer receives the TV's name, model and interface language; it sends the list of shared folders, file names, frames and the video itself, which is shown on the TV and sent nowhere else. A computer can connect only after you allow it on the TV screen. The list of allowed computers, where you stopped watching and the date of the first viewing (for the 14 free days) are stored on the TV only. If several TVs are connected to one computer, the computer tells each of them what the others are playing (title and frame) for "Watch together". While receiving is on, a background service keeps it running and Android shows its notification. Nothing about you or your files is sent to us or to third parties. The purchase "PC2TV in Razor TV" is processed by Google Play as described in section 3.
• The one-time purchase "Razor TV forever" is processed by Google Play as described in section 3.
Filoteka (3D printing filament manager, package app.filoteka) — added October 13, 2026
Filoteka has no account and no ads, and does not use analytics or crash-reporting services.
• Stored on your device only: your spools, filaments, storage places, printers, the print journal with photos, orders and customers, the logo for quotes and your settings. Backups are written only to a folder you choose (for example, your Google Drive) and only when you ask for one or turn on automatic backups.
• Filament catalog: once a week, on Wi-Fi only, the app downloads the public SpoolmanDB list from GitHub (donkie.github.io). You can turn this off in the settings. GitHub receives your IP address as part of the request; nothing about you is sent.
• Spoolman and Klipper printers: if you enter the address of your own Spoolman server or Klipper (Moonraker) printer, the app exchanges spool and print data only with that address, usually on your home network.
• The camera is used only to read barcodes and QR labels and to take the photos you choose (filament color, photos of prints); the pictures stay on your device. NFC is used only to read and write spool tags.
• The one-time purchase "Filoteka Pro" is processed by Google Play as described in section 3.
PC2TV (Android TV app, package app.pc2tv, and the PC2TV program for Windows) — added October 26, 2026
PC2TV has no account and no ads, and does not use analytics or crash-reporting services. The TV app and the Windows program talk to each other directly inside your home network; your videos go from the computer to the TV and nowhere else.
• A computer can connect to the TV only after you allow it on the TV screen. The TV tells the computer its name, model, Android version, interface language and which video and sound formats it can play. The computer sends the list of folders you share, file names, frames, the length and picture size of the files and the video itself. While a video plays, the TV reports where it is in the film, so the computer can continue it later on this or another TV. If several TVs are connected to one computer, it tells each of them what the others are playing (title and frame) for "Watch together".
• Stored on the TV only: the computers you have allowed and their access keys, where you stopped watching, the date of your first film (for the 14 free days) and your settings.
• Stored on the computer only, in your Windows user folders: the folders you share, your TVs and their access keys, what you watched and where you stopped, frames, information about the files, the program's settings and logs. The files are offered only to TVs on your home network, behind a random key that changes at every start of the program.
• Internet use by the Windows program: at start and once a day it downloads a small file from razorforge.web.app with the number of the latest version; if you agree to update, it downloads the installer from our download server. If a video needs converting and you agree to get FFmpeg, the program downloads it once from gyan.dev or its copy on GitHub. These servers receive your IP address as part of the request; nothing about you or your files is sent.
• "Display over other apps" on the TV, if you allow it, is used only to open the player when the computer sends a video while another app is on screen. While receiving is on, a background service keeps it running and Android shows its notification.
• The one-time purchase "PC2TV forever" is processed by Google Play as described in section 3. If Razor TV is installed on the same TV, the two apps ask each other, on the device only, whether PC2TV has been bought, so that one purchase works in both.
• To delete PC2TV data: on the TV, clear the app's storage in the Android settings or uninstall it; on the computer, uninstall the program and delete the folders %APPDATA%\PC2TV and %LOCALAPPDATA%\PC2TV.
StickerFace (stickers from your selfie, package app.stickerface) — added October 27, 2026
StickerFace turns your photo into stickers. The AI runs on your phone: photos, faces and stickers are not uploaded to our servers and are not shared with anyone. There is no account.
• Photos and camera: you choose a photo with Android's system photo picker or take one with the in-app camera. The app does not get access to your whole gallery. Photos and stickers are kept in the app's storage on the phone; uninstalling the app deletes them.
• Telegram and WhatsApp: a pack goes to Telegram or WhatsApp only when you tap the button for that app; from then on its own privacy policy applies.
• "Report": if a sticker came out inappropriate, the "Report" button sends us the reason, your comment, the app version, the phone model, the Android version, the chip model and the sticker's settings. The photo the pack was made from and the sticker itself are attached only if you tick that box before sending (your consent). Reports are used only to look into the sticker and improve our filters; they are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted, and are not shared with third parties.
• Anonymous statistics: to learn which styles and emotions people like, the app sends counts once a day: what happened (made, redrawn, deleted, added to Telegram or WhatsApp, shared), with which style and emotion, for whom (men's, women's or children's style), the age in tens of years as estimated on the phone, and the drawing setting, as well as the answer to the likeness question ("Do the stickers look like you?"): yes or no and, if no, what does not look alike (the face, beard, fingers, emotion or something else). The statistics contain no photos, faces, names, advertising ID or account data — only a random install code made by the app. You can turn them off on the "StickerFace Plus" screen ("Send anonymous statistics").
• Invites and new styles: the invite link ("Invite") carries your install's random code. When a friend installs the app from it, Google Play hands the code to the friend's app (Install Referrer) and our server counts the invite, which gives you days of Plus; nothing but the code is sent. New styles are downloaded from our server, which receives your IP address as part of the request and does not use it to identify you.
• Ads: without Plus, Google AdMob ads are shown on the screen where stickers are made. AdMob may collect the advertising ID, IP address and device information under Google's rules: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form is shown before any ad; to change or withdraw your choice, open "Ad privacy settings" on the "StickerFace Plus" screen. You can reset or turn off the advertising ID in Android's settings.
• The one-time purchase "StickerFace Plus" is processed by Google Play as described in section 3.
• Legal bases: photos in a report — your consent; statistics and invites — our legitimate interest in improving the App (statistics can be turned off); ads — your consent where the law requires it.
• Children: the App is not directed to children (see section 10). The children's styles are for parents making stickers from photos of their own children; those photos stay on the phone too.
• To delete StickerFace data: uninstalling the app erases everything on the phone, including the install code; after that the data on our server can no longer be linked to you or your device. To delete it sooner, write to us with your invite link (it contains the code) or the date and time of a report. Reports are deleted automatically after 90 days.
UFDrone (FPV drone simulator game, package com.razorforge.ufdrone) — added October 29, 2026
UFDrone works offline; an internet connection is needed only for Google Play when you buy the full campaign. It has no account, ads, analytics, crash reporting or third-party tracking, and it sends no personal data to us or to anyone else.
• On your device: the game's settings (controls, sound, graphics, language, radio controller mapping) and campaign progress are stored only in the game's private storage on your phone. We have no access to them.
• Permissions: vibration (hit and explosion effects, can be turned off in the game's settings) and Google Play billing, which the game uses only to ask Google Play whether the full campaign has been bought. Together with it, the Google Play Billing library adds the Internet and network state permissions (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) — only to talk to Google Play while you buy or when the purchase is checked; the game itself sends nothing over the network. No other permissions.
• Controllers: radio controllers and gamepads connected over USB or Bluetooth are connected by Android itself; the game only reads stick and button positions while you play and does not send them anywhere.
• The in-game purchase (the full campaign) is processed by Google Play as described in section 3. So that the purchase also works offline, the game keeps only a purchase flag received from Google Play on your phone.
• Age: the game is rated 12+ by IARC; it is intended for players 16 and older and is not directed to children (see section 10).
• To delete UFDrone data: uninstall the game or clear its data in Android's settings. We keep nothing about you on our side.
Razor Stream (Android TV video player, package app.razortorrent) — added November 5, 2026
Razor Stream plays video from torrent files and magnet links that you open, while they download. It has no account and no ads, and it does not use analytics or crash-reporting services. RazorForge has no servers that receive data from Razor Stream. The app contains no videos and does not search for them; you choose what to open.
• BitTorrent network: when you open a torrent file or a magnet link, the app connects directly to other computers of the BitTorrent network (peers) and to the servers that help them find each other (those named in the torrent and a few public ones), uses the distributed hash table (DHT) and looks for peers on your home network. As with any BitTorrent client, they receive your IP address, the identifier of the torrent and the parts of its files that you download and upload while the torrent is active. To accept incoming connections, the app may ask your router to open a port (UPnP / NAT-PMP). After a download is complete, the app does not share the torrent.
• Torrent files from a web link: if you open a link to a .torrent file from another app, Razor Stream downloads that file from the address in the link.
• Stored on your device only: your list of torrents, where you stopped watching, the chosen audio tracks and subtitles, settings, download folders, the results of the box and USB checks and the start date of the 10-day free trial. The built-in file browser reads the device's drives only to show torrent files, folders and free space; nothing is sent anywhere. Downloaded files are saved in the folder you choose.
• Purchases: the one-time purchase "Razor Stream Pro" (after the 10-day free trial) and promo codes are processed by Google Play as described in section 3; we receive only the transaction data described there. The promo code screen shows a QR code of the Google Play redeem page; it is drawn on the device.
• Permissions: network access and network/Wi-Fi state (the BitTorrent network), keeping Wi-Fi and the processor awake and receiving local multicast (downloads and peers on your home network), a foreground service with a notification (keeps the torrent session running while you watch and while downloads go on), notifications, access to all files (only for the built-in file browser and a download folder you choose on any drive), display over other apps (the "Ready to watch" window, only if you allow it) and Google Play billing.
• To delete Razor Stream data: uninstall the app or clear its data in Android's settings. Downloaded videos stay in the folder you chose until you delete them, in the app ("Free up space") or with a file manager. We keep nothing about you on our side.
