How it works
Install PC2TV on your Android TV box — coming soon to Google Play, on its own and inside the Razor TV launcher.
Run the installer: pick the folder, a desktop shortcut and whether PC2TV starts with Windows. It waits in the tray and finds the TVs in your home by itself.
Open a video on the computer, or pick it on the TV with the remote. Allow the computer once on the TV — after that it connects on its own.
What it does
The TV box plays the file itself: 4K, HDR and surround sound reach the TV and the receiver as they are.
Browse the folders you share on the computer with the remote — a frame of every video and where you stopped.
The next episode starts by itself, and “Continue watching” remembers where you left off.
If the TV box can't play a file, the computer converts it on the fly. Nothing to set up.
Several TVs in the house show the same film in step. Join from the TV with one button.
Number keys jump through the film, five looks for the player, and a volume boost for quiet films.

- A computer with Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
- An Android TV box or TV with Android TV 8.0 or newer
- Both on the same home network, Wi-Fi or cable

The installer asks where to put PC2TV, adds a desktop shortcut, can start it with Windows and adds it to “Open with” for videos — choose it there once to open videos on the TV with a double click. If Windows says the app is not recognised, choose More info → Run anyway.
